Job Description
Responsible for the administration of charitable accounts, private foundations, and nonprofit organizations where the bank is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, depositor or agent. Provides expert advice and counsel in the area of charitable products and services. Provides high level service to customers, attorneys, and beneficiaries relating to these accounts. Administers accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and business line policies and procedures. Shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Wealth Management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 10 years of wealth management charitable services experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proven sales experience
- Advanced trust and relationship management skills
- Advanced knowledge of fiduciary services
- Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
- Advanced knowledge of charitable trust products and services
- Advanced knowledge of family philanthropy
- Advanced knowledge of the needs of, and services for, private foundations and public charities
- Advanced networking and business development skills
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Years of experience with RFPs
- Years or experience with charitable organizations and administration of their trusts
- Law degree or other advanced degree preferred
